Here is a sample of projects that demonstrate the value that can be delivered through fractional Leadership services

  • The project aimed to develop anti-rollover technology for various vehicle types, with the F350 (Class 3) as the first prototype. The objectives included getting the prototype working, securing IP, and preparing for future prototypes and production. This involved managing control system software, establishing data systems, and leading product testing and quality management. These improvements allowed for a higher valuation for KXI. KXI is in the process of partnering or selling to a strategic buyer.

  • Achievements:
    - Performance and scalability increased up to 10x

    The project focused on stabilizing and improving the quality of the educational platform. My role as interim CTO/CIO involved reining in product stability and performance, implementing product governance, and addressing root causes of technical problems. The project aimed to enhance the platform's scalability, performance, and overall quality through strategic planning, diagnostics, and comprehensive quality control measures


  • Client/Company: Early-stage tech company developing digital "kids clubs" for NHL and NFL Sports teams
    Duration: 9 months
    Role: Interim Fractional CTO (25%)

    The project involved rescuing and advancing the development of mobile apps for NHL and NFL teams' kids clubs. The company had signed contracts with two major sports teams and had several others in the sales funnel. However, the development team had experienced significant turnover, leaving no plan for speeding up app development or efficiently reusing code between apps. I designed and executed a scalable architecture using a different architectural paradigm to generate apps using custom software and file structures that organize the content in a way that promotes reuse and easy content generation/changes.
